CelebriTea with Emily Taylor

Emily Taylor, c'16, is an Associate Manager at the Partnership for PublicService, a nonpartisan nonprofit organization dedicated to building a more effective federal government for the American people. Through it's work, the Partnership offers leadership training and employee engagement strategies to federal employees, researches innovative practices to drive government reform,and works with agencies and colleges to inspire a new generation of talent to serve.

In her work, Emily facilitates leadership trainings and drives policy recommendations to improve federal management systems. Her work focuses on helping agencies think about innovative ways to engage and develop their workforces and how to strategically address management reform challenges so that they can better deliver their missions to the American people. Through research and thought leadership, Emily has designed and driven projects to address agency challenges, including developing a long-term vision and strategy, developing public-private partnerships, and engaging a workforce through massive organizational changes.

Prior to her work at the Partnership, Emily worked as a campaign fundraiser and field organizer. Emily graduated with honors from the University of Kansas with a BA in Political Science, where she focused on public policy and community engagement.
